Plot confirmed
We confirm the plot is available and book it for you.
Payment plan
Choose payment terms that fit your budget.
Sale agreement
Our lawyer prepares a sale agreement for you to check and approve.
Transfer documents
Send us a copy of your ID, your KRA PIN and three passport-size photos.
Title deed registration
Once you have paid 80%, we lodge the completion documents with the land registry for transfer.
Title deed issued
We send you a copy of your title deed, and the original is ready to collect on full payment.
